The Challenge

44i had worked with Montgomery’s Furniture for a number of years when the owner met with us to say, “We need something… a shot in the arm… we need to gain market share…”. Increased competition, limited marketing tactics, and our client’s brand perception were capping their opportunity.

Our Approach

We took a fresh look at their business and customer base from a high level and from a granular level, and combined that information with their goals and objectives as a company, and began work on a complete and dramatic re-brand of their entire business. We designed a new logo to compliment the new direction of conveying the positional notes of ‘modern, quality, design and dramatic’. We then carried this brand and position to their television campaigns, strategic digital marketing tactics, website, printed materials, in-house merchandising, and all other touch-points.

Results

The extensive and innovative digital marketing plan plus a dramatic and successful re-brand made an impressive impact in all our client’s markets. They’ve experienced an increase in foot traffic, website traffic, and they recently opened their fourth location. Record-setting sales across all verticals continue to out-pace projections.
